Hello and welcome to The Strong Woman Program!

I'm Melissa, a professional dancer, choreographer and movement specialist of more than twenty years, with qualifications spanning all forms of fitness and dance, including advanced yoga, Pilates, Progressing Ballet, Tango with Pole and nutrition, to name a few. I'm a foodie mum of two, passionate about dance, coastal life, travel and the kind of positive mindset that comes from spending time in the fresh air, in cultivating good personal habits, friendships and body image through long-term wellbeing, strength and confidence. It's my mission to empower women and help them to find a balance between work and home, building resilience to deal with the pressures that life can bring. Drawing upon my years of experience and personal connections with strong women of all ages, I've created a personalised fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle program that's individual, evidence-based and achievable for transformative results—physically and in every element of your life. Get to know what your body needs, how to develop good and lasting habits, learn to love food and enjoy eating and drinking without shame and with positive health benefits!

Enjoy a complete, personalised 6-week menu plan tailored to your dietary needs and start to feel stronger every day. 

Prioritise You

Strength can mean different things to different people. Many women feel they have lost their identity—after childbirth, in peri-menopause or menopause, after stressful life events or perhaps because they never quite discovered themselves in the first place. Confidence is built brick-by-brick, and we can show you some tools to start.

Register

Register for the next available 6-week program and start getting excited—the only way is UP!

Prepare for Change

Start to prepare for your journey! Whether that means planning childcare for times when you plan to exercise, or clearing some diary time to plan meals or carve out an extra ten minutes for reading at bedtime, think carefully so you can get the most out of the Program. Our practitioner will be on hand to help, once you've registered!
